As a family-owned company and a 2025 Orange County Top Workplace, we're growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Opportunity Technician who enjoys solving problems, earning customer trust, and identifying opportunities for homeowners to upgrade aging HVAC systems.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, inspect, and service residential HVAC systems.
• Identify equipment failures, inefficiencies, and aging systems that may be good candidates for replacement.
• Clearly educate homeowners on the condition of their system and available options.
• Generate qualified replacement opportunities and transition customers to our Comfort Advisor team.
• Build trust with homeowners through honest recommendations and exceptional service.
• Document inspections, recommendations, and turnovers accurately in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Deliver a five-star service experience on every call.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to identify replacement opportunities through thorough system evaluations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and field service software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a team-first mindset.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed
• On-call rotation
