HVAC Sales Professional

Cole Services is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team. Responsibilities

• Meet with residential customers to assess HVAC needs and recommend solutions
• Present system options, financing programs, and comfort solutions
• Close sales using our proven Service MVP sales process
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in ServiceTitan
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience required
• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales technology
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
